A one-off 40 minute consultation – we will talk through all your issues and come up with the solution together.

You will feel empowered to start straight away and should start to see changes immediately.

A one-off 40 minute consultation, we will talk through all your issues and come up with the solution together.

You will then be sent a bespoke sleeping plan to follow over the coming weeks and months ahead – which will put you back on the road to sleep success and help ensure that there are no more night awakenings.

  • 3 x 1 hour sessions before and after your baby is born:
  • Each visit will include an advice plan and a follow up call to see how you are getting on
  • Before Baby Is Born – Learn vital hints and tips to encourage your baby to sleep. I will guide you through the first steps of feeding (breast or bottle), winding your baby, bathing and settling them to sleep
  • 6-12 weeks – The days and nights are so linked so let’s sort out those feeds and daytime naps so you can start to reap the benefits of some much needed rest
  • 12-16 weeks – If you are struggling to get your baby to sleep through the night, let’s pick it all apart, give you a manageable plan for the weeks ahead and get you all sleeping
  • 40 minute phone consultation about your child’s sleep problem with suggested resolutions/methods to help
  • Following the call you shall receive a bespoke and detailed plan for your child.
  • A follow-up 20 minute call to understand the progress and to help tweak any elements to your plan
  • 1 week’s sleep e-mail support OR WhatsApp support
  • I will come to the comfort of your home for up to 3 hours to discuss how to establish good sleep associations and banish “bad sleep” for good. We will devise a plan to get your family’s sleeping back on track
  • Following our appointment I shall send you a detailed and bespoke sleeping plan
  • 1 week’s sleep e-mail support OR WhatsApp support
  • I will come to your home and guide you through the bed-time routine through to the waking in the morning. (12 hour support)
  • We will tackle the sleep issues you face together and implement ways to promote sleep. The aim is to support you through the night and give you the confidence to maintain the sleep plan
  • Bespoke sleep plan for your child
  • 1 week’s sleep e-mail support OR WhatsApp support
  • 24 hour support – this includes all the benefits of The Overnight package as well as being there for day time naps and helping to structure out feeding and sleeping routines.
  • Great for parents who are feeling anxious and need that extra bit of guidance.
  • Limited availability and for some areas travelling costs may be added.
  • I will come to the comfort of your home for up to 3 hours to discuss how to establish good behavioural associations and banish bad manners for good. We will devise a plan to bring harmony back to your household.
  • Following our appointment I shall send you a detailed and bespoke plan which will outline how to cope with your child’s behaviour and ways to remain on track.
  • 1 week’s sleep e-mail support OR WhatsApp support.
  • This 2 hour class is taught in your own home and is suitable for parents/grandparents/babysitters. It covers everything you need to know about baby and child first aid and is conducted by Chloe Hill from Mini First Aid.
  • The subjects covered include choking, CPR, bleeding, head-bumps, burns, fractures, febrile convulsions and the use of a First Aid kit.
  • I will come to the comfort of your home and show you how massage can help your baby’s relaxation and sleep.
  • Introduce you to basic moves which will help stimulate your baby’s lymphatic and circulatory systems.
  • Introduction to Bloom and Blossom 3-step bedtime routine.

This unique sleep workshop can take place in the comfort of your own home. Suitable for parents of babies aged 6 weeks-6 months, this workshop will help you set your little one on the right track for a good night’s sleep. The aim is to help you understand your child’s natural sleep patterns and to equip you with the information and tools to teach your child the skills of self-settling to sleep.

Topics include:

  • Understanding natural sleep cycles
  • Guidance on how much sleep your baby needs and when
  • Understanding sleep associations
  • Understanding baby cues and why your baby is crying
  • Tips, tricks and tool to help your little one sleep

This unique weaning workshop can take place in the comfort of your own home. Suitable for parents of babies aged 4 months +, this workshop will help you set your little one on the right track ahead of when they make the transition from milk to solid foods.

Topics include:

  • How to recognise the signs that tell you when your baby is getting ready for solid food.
  • Baby-led weaning and spoon-feeding. What are the pros and cons.
  • Which foods are best to offer your baby and why.
  • What foods to avoid.
  • How much to feed and when to reduce milk feeds.
  • Concerns and safety issues such as: ensuring your baby has a healthy and balanced diet; how to recognise allergies; what to do if your baby starts choking; where to go for more information.

Parents who come on this course learn so much more than just a massage routine. Our massage curriculum covers touch, movement, relaxation, interaction and communication.  Classes are relaxed and friendly so as well as spending time with your baby you have an opportunity to meet and talk to other new parents.

Benefits can include; longer and deeper sleep for baby, relaxation and easier bonding for parent and baby. I also cover strokes to relieve colic symptoms, wind, constipation and teething pain.

I teach this traditional and authentic baby massage routine over five-weekly sessions, which include:

  • Week 1 – Leg Massage
  • Week 2 – Stomach massage, including the colic routine (and recap on leg strokes)
  • Week 3 – Chest and arms massage (and recap on stomach and legs)
  • Week 4 – Face and back massage (and recap all previous strokes)
  • Week 5 – Whole body massage
